Guessing what is this picture about? What is the

As you can see it's a camera tripod with a camera mile on to it and
covered with a wet towel. I was taking time lapse of the scenery for my
project. I spent hours under the hot sun just to get the perfect shot of the
time lapse. It wasn’t easy, because I had to watch over a number of things, the
depth of field, angle of the frame, the life of the battery, making sure no one
walk pass the camera. It was kind of tiring, but it was really worth being
under the hot sun for a perfect shot.
